Help choosing your setup
Tell me which products you are considering, your current cockpit and hardware, and what you want to achieve. For motion systems, include your available space and whether the setup is for home or commercial use.
Order and warranty support
Include your order number, product name, and a description of the issue. Photos or a short video can help with troubleshooting. Contact Mitchell first for CONSPIT warranty claims.
PhatBoy motion systems include a three-year limited warranty for residential use. Commercial use includes a two-year limited warranty. CONSPIT products carry the manufacturer's applicable limited warranty.
Eligible change-of-mind or buyer's-remorse returns are separate from defects. Defects are handled through warranty support. A valid warranty claim is not subject to a change-of-mind restocking fee. Read the full return and warranty details.
Shipping and financing
CONSPIT items typically ship the next day. Carrier transit time is additional. Contact Mitchell to confirm timing for your items.
