For a limited time: buy the PhatBoy 200mm platform, and we'll throw in a free CONSPIT ARES APEX direct-drive bundle.

The PhatBoy 200mm 4DOF motion platform already turns race-sim telemetry into something you feel: acceleration, braking, weight transfer, curbs, and impacts running through the whole rig instead of staying on the screen. For the next 30 days, every 200mm platform we ship comes paired with a complimentary CONSPIT ARES APEX bundle: an 8Nm direct-drive wheelbase, a 310mm wheel on a tool-free quick release, and CPP APEX pedals, at no extra cost.

It's the fastest way to go from "watching the car move" to "feeling every bit of it": a serious motion base and a serious direct-drive wheel, in one order, for one price.

What's included

  • PhatBoy 200mm 4DOF motion platform: 200mm of actuator travel, 1kW AC servo motors, MM Simulations tuning profiles. Ships assembled in an enclosed crate.
  • CONSPIT ARES APEX 8Nm direct-drive wheelbase
  • CONSPIT 310mm wheel on CDR quick release, with USB connectivity and Conspit Link 2.0 tuning
  • CONSPIT CPP APEX pedals

What's NOT included

  • Screen / monitor
  • Gaming PC or console
  • Shifter or handbrake

Pedals are included. A display, computer, shifter, and handbrake are not included.

Promotional pricing: the free ARES APEX bundle is available for 30 days from the date this offer goes live. Reach out with any questions about compatibility or your build before you order.

Driver learning through motion cues in a PhatBoy 200mm motion simulator

Built badass. By choice.

We built PhatBoy around substantial hardware: 25mm precision-ground ball screws, 1kW AC servo motors on every actuator, NSK bearings and enclosed actuator mechanisms. These are deliberate choices for a machine designed to move your cockpit, take repeated work and remain a serious part of your setup for years to come.

25mm screws. A substantial backbone.

The ball screw carries the work of lifting and moving your cockpit. Braking, compressions and rapid direction changes all put that mechanism to work. We chose a substantial 25mm screw diameter to make stiffness and robustness central to the actuator design. Supporting the load with a rigid mechanical foundation helps maintain alignment through repeated movement. Our commitment to long-term ownership starts with the hardware doing the lifting.

1kW per actuator. Muscle at every corner.

Every actuator has its own 1,000W AC servo motor. That is 33% more rated motor power than a 750W motor. We invested in that motor capability because moving an entire cockpit calls for substantial power. Each servo works with the screw mechanism to turn game telemetry into the physical cues that bring braking, cornering and track detail into your seat.

Precision where the work happens.

Precision-ground screws provide controlled geometry for consistent linear travel. NSK bearings support the rotating assembly and transfer its loads. We selected these components to put strength and precision together in the same mechanism, giving PhatBoy a solid foundation for repeated motion.

10mm lead. Built to turn rotation into motion.

Each screw revolution produces 10mm of actuator travel. We paired that lead with our 1kW servos as a deliberate motor-and-screw combination for a responsive motion design. The substantial screw supplies the mechanical backbone, while the lead translates servo rotation into cockpit movement.

Protect the hardware. Build for the long haul.

Our enclosed actuator design puts a physical barrier around the internal moving components, helping keep dust and debris away from the lubricated mechanism. We chose to protect the precision parts we invested in. Alongside proper lubrication and routine care, that protection supports the long-term ownership goal behind PhatBoy.

Substantial screws. Individual servo power. Protected precision components. That is PhatBoy, built this way on purpose.

Your custom build

From order to dispatch

Standard sourcing and production: an estimated 30–60 calendar days after payment and final specification approval. This covers sourcing and building before dispatch. Carrier transit is additional.

  1. Queue and source. Your order enters the production queue while components are allocated or ordered for your machine. Some parts are kept on hand; higher-cost components are sourced per build.
  2. Build and integrate. Assembly progresses as the required components become available, followed by wiring and integration for your confirmed configuration.
  3. Calibrate and dispatch. We complete calibration, the required safety briefing and crating before arranging dispatch.

Parts already on hand may shorten the wait, but an earlier dispatch or delivery date is never guaranteed.
