A single PhatBoy delivers an unforgettable drive. Multiple rigs let friends race each other at the same time: sharing the starting grid, battling for position, and talking about the finish long after the session ends. With compatible multiplayer racing titles and a properly configured network, your venue can turn individual seat time into a shared racing event.

Give customers a reason to say, “Bring your friends: we’re going racing.” Side-by-side simulators put the competition in the room: couples can go head-to-head, friends can settle a rivalry, and coworkers can line up for their own race night. Everyone gets a seat in the action instead of waiting for a turn.

Plan your starting grid around the groups you want to attract, with room to expand as demand grows. Your opportunity comes from session pricing, simultaneous paid seats, repeat customers, private events, and consistent utilization. Revenue depends on your market, operating hours, pricing, and costs; no earnings or payback period is guaranteed.

White-glove installation is included.

This commercial turnkey package includes white-glove installation, so you have MM Simulations helping bring the equipment into service. We coordinate installation with you, including motion configuration and the included tuning profiles. After installation, your included remote assistance gives you time to fine-tune the experience as you use the system. Your selected package determines the final hardware configuration.

Site preparation and local approvals: plan for a 240V AC supply with a recommended 20A circuit. Depending on your location, the local authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) may require an additional on-site inspection or third-party field evaluation. If required, these services are a separate site-preparation expense paid by the purchaser and are not included in white-glove installation.

Inspection and evaluation costs are quoted individually based on local requirements, the provider, location, and scope of work; travel, corrective work, and repeat visits may cost extra. Obtain a site-specific quote and confirm local requirements before scheduling installation.

The PhatBoy translates compatible racing telemetry into physical movement. Brake into a corner and feel the chassis pitch. Clip a curb and feel the response. Crest a hill, load the suspension, or transition through a series of corners: the experience extends beyond the screen and steering wheel.

200mm of actuator travel, 1kW AC servo motors, and a rigid aluminum structure give this platform its range and response. Motion intensity and tuning can be matched to the supported title and driving experience. From a guest's first lap to an enthusiast's practice session, the hardware is built to make driving feel involving.

Manage bookings and guest PC access.

ggLeap by ggCircuit is an optional, cost-conscious venue-management platform to evaluate for your lounge. It supports online bookings, session and account management, payments, and a controlled guest PC interface. Configurable client security policies help restrict guest access and reduce PC tampering.

It offers a practical starting point for managing paid seat time and guest access from one system. Review ggLeap features and current pricing. The software subscription is separate from the rig purchase; confirm current plan terms, your racing-title workflow, and commercial game licensing before launch.

The turnkey package includes the direct-drive wheelbase, steering wheel, pedals, shifter, and handbrake specified for the selected build. Confirm your final seat, display, PC, and peripheral specification with MM Simulations before ordering so the installation matches your venue.

MM Simulations preset tuning profiles for up to four supported racing titles are configured as part of installation. The PhatBoy motion system includes a three-year residential limited warranty. Commercial use includes a two-year limited warranty. View warranty terms and coverage details.

We service what we sell. Remote and in-person troubleshooting, additional profiles, custom tuning, upgrades, and relocation support are available. Services outside your selected package, including additional on-site visits, upgrades, and relocation, are quoted separately. Warranty coverage remains subject to its terms.

Sourcing, production, and dispatch: standard sourcing and production are estimated at 15–30 calendar days from payment and final specification approval to dispatch. Carrier transit time is additional. The expedited manufacturing option shown in the configuration selector has its own production schedule. We built PhatBoy around substantial hardware: 25mm precision-ground ball screws, 1kW AC servo motors on every actuator, NSK bearings and enclosed actuator mechanisms. These are deliberate choices for a machine designed to move your cockpit, take repeated work and remain a serious part of your setup for years to come.

25mm screws. A substantial backbone.

The ball screw carries the work of lifting and moving your cockpit. Braking, compressions and rapid direction changes all put that mechanism to work. We chose a substantial 25mm screw diameter to make stiffness and robustness central to the actuator design. Supporting the load with a rigid mechanical foundation helps maintain alignment through repeated movement. Our commitment to long-term ownership starts with the hardware doing the lifting.

1kW per actuator. Muscle at every corner.

Every actuator has its own 1,000W AC servo motor. That is 33% more rated motor power than a 750W motor. We invested in that motor capability because moving an entire cockpit calls for substantial power. Each servo works with the screw mechanism to turn game telemetry into the physical cues that bring braking, cornering and track detail into your seat.

Precision where the work happens.

Precision-ground screws provide controlled geometry for consistent linear travel. NSK bearings support the rotating assembly and transfer its loads. We selected these components to put strength and precision together in the same mechanism, giving PhatBoy a solid foundation for repeated motion.

10mm lead. Built to turn rotation into motion.

Each screw revolution produces 10mm of actuator travel. We paired that lead with our 1kW servos as a deliberate motor-and-screw combination for a responsive motion design. The substantial screw supplies the mechanical backbone, while the lead translates servo rotation into cockpit movement.

Protect the hardware. Build for the long haul.

Our enclosed actuator design puts a physical barrier around the internal moving components, helping keep dust and debris away from the lubricated mechanism. We chose to protect the precision parts we invested in. Alongside proper lubrication and routine care, that protection supports the long-term ownership goal behind PhatBoy.
